10:00 a.m. CST - I don't give a s*#% who we're playing either! I am very interested in seeing what tonight's game will look (and sound) like. Will Coach Saban's pep talk at his radio show Thursday night inspire both the fans and players, as intended? Will the fans who turn out on a cold, windy night at Bryant-Denny, simply sit on their hands to keep them warm? Or will they clap them together and stand up most of the night in order to provide their own heat? Will the defense get after the Dogs early? Will the Bama offense score a touchdown....something it hasn't done against Miss. State since Spencer Pennington was the Tide quarterback? My guess isthat the answer will be YES to all of the above - some more emphatically than others. Alabama needs to play well and win. This team SHOULD play well and win. The fans should be loud and support what has been, regardless of what happens over the next month, a fantastic season. Roll Tide! On to the picks.... UGA at Auburn - A lot of people are picking Auburn to pull off the upset against Georgia. I'm not one of those people. Dawgs hunker down....by 14 ULM at Ole Miss - This has been the type game that has been a stumbling block for Ole Miss. Johnny Reb gets over the hump today and becomes bowl eligible...Ole Miss by 17 South Carolina at Florida - Why bother even playing this game? I thought Florida was already in the BCS Championship Game? The Ole' Ball Coach has something to say about it. Closer than most expect....Gators by 3. Troy at LSU - I saw UAB knock off LSU once in Baton Rouge, so don't tell me it can't happen with a good Trojan team tonight. Upset alert on this one folks. With a late field goal....Tigers by 2. Vanderbilt at Kentucky - For the love of all that is holy, would you go ahead and when a sixth game, Vandy? The "Dores have lost 17 straight games with bowl eligibility on the line. The insanity stops tonight. Show your Gold! Vandy....by 4. Miss. State at Alabama - Tide rolls...by 21. Tennessee (Idle) - Idle...by 14.
